2. The onboard USB interface can easily charge your digital products. (Note: The USB output voltage is the same as the module output voltage, not a fixed 5V output, please confirm before charging the USB device)
3. High power, high efficiency, 5A, low ripple;
4. Three major functions:
(1) Use as an ordinary step-down module with over-current protection capability;
(2) Used as a charger for various voltage values of lithium batteries, batteries, nickel-cadmium nickel-metal hydride batteries (battery packs), used in solar panels, wind generators and other occasions;
(3) Use as a high-power LED constant current drive module;
5. It has two modes of constant voltage and constant current, and there is an indicator light to indicate which mode the module is currently in;
6. When used as a lithium battery charger, the float voltage and charging current can be set, and an indicator light indicates
Indicate whether it is charging or fully charged;
7. With current-limiting protection function, the module will not be burnt out even if the output is short-circuited.
8. The onboard voltage and ammeter can be self-calibrated, and there will never be inaccurate problems!
9. With heat sink, free copper pillar!

Scope of application
1. Use as an ordinary step-down module with over-current protection capability
Instructions:
( 1 ) Press the button on the right to adjust the digital meter to the [display output voltage] interface, and adjust the "constant voltage potentiometer" to make the output voltage reach the voltage value you want;
( 2 ) Adjust the digital meter to the [Display output current] interface, and directly short- circuit the output terminal of the module (just find a thick wire to short- circuit the output terminal) , at this time adjust the "constant current potentiometer" to make the overcurrent protection current value reaches a preset value; (such as on-board current ammeter shows 4A , then the module is limited to the maximum current 4A , the current to 4A when the red light)
( 3 ) Connect the load and work.
2. Use as a battery charger
The module without the constant current function cannot be used to charge the battery. Because the voltage difference between the drained battery and the charger is large, the charging current is too large and the battery is damaged. Therefore, the battery should be constant at the beginning. Current charging, when the charging reaches a certain level, it will automatically switch back to constant voltage charging.
Instructions:
( 1 ) Determine the floating voltage and charging current of the battery ; (If the lithium battery parameter is 3.7V/2200mAh, then the floating voltage is 4.2V , and the maximum charging current is 1C , which is 2200mA )
( 2 ) Under no-load conditions, adjust the digital meter of the module to the [Display output voltage] interface, and adjust the "constant voltage potentiometer" to make the output voltage reach the float voltage ;
( 3 ) Adjust the digital meter to the [Display output current] interface, and directly short- circuit the output terminal of the module (just find a thick wire to short- circuit the output terminal) , at this time adjust the "constant current potentiometer" to make the The current value reaches the preset charging current value ;
( 4 ) The default charging current of the rechargeable lamp is 0.1 times the charging current ; (The current of the battery is gradually reduced during the charging process, and the constant current charging is gradually changed to constant voltage charging. If the charging current is set to 1A , then when the charging current is less than 0.1A , the blue light is off and the green light is on, and the battery is fully charged at this time )
( 5 ) Connect the battery and charge.
(Steps 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 are: the input end is connected to the power supply, and the output end is not connected to the battery without load)
3. Use as LED constant current drive module
( 1 ) Determine the operating current and maximum operating voltage you need to drive the LED ;
( 2 ) Under no-load conditions, adjust the digital meter to the [display output voltage] interface, and adjust the "constant voltage potentiometer" to make the output voltage reach the LED working voltage ;
( 3 ) adjust the digital meter to the [display output current] interface, Directly short the output end of the module (just find a thick wire to short the output end), at this time adjust the "constant current potentiometer" to make the current value on the digital meter reach the preset LED working current ;
( 4 ) Connect the LED and test the machine.
(Steps 1 , 2 , and 3 are: the input is connected to the power supply, and the output is no-load without the LED light)
4. Self-calibration method of on-board voltage and ammeter:
1. When the on-board digital meter displays the output voltage, press and hold the button on the right for 2 seconds and then release it. The voltmeter and the output voltage indicator " OUT " flash simultaneously, and then enter the output voltage calibration mode; for the same reason, display on the voltmeter When inputting voltage, press and hold the button on the right for 2 seconds and then release it. The voltmeter and the input voltage indicator " IN " flash simultaneously, and enter the input voltage calibration mode; when the voltmeter displays the output current, press and hold the button 2 on the right. Release it after a second, the ammeter flashes, and it enters the output current calibration mode;
2. Tap the right button, the voltage (current) will increase by one unit, tap the left button, the voltage (current) will decrease by one unit; since the voltage value of one unit is less than 0.1V , you need to press 1-5 continuously You can see that the voltmeter has changed by 0.1V only once . The specific number of consecutive keystrokes depends on the current displayed voltage value. The higher the current displayed voltage, the fewer the number of presses;
3. After the voltage (current) is adjusted, press and hold the right button for 2 seconds and then release it. At this time, you can exit the calibration mode, and all parameter settings will be automatically saved after power-off.
Note: This function is used to calibrate the display accuracy of voltage and current, not to adjust the voltage and current value of the output terminal. This function is designed to meet your higher accuracy requirements. You only need to calibrate once to get an accurate value on the entire range. Please feel free to use it.
